BIO
Stephen Hernandez is a Seismologist at the Montserrat Volcano Observatory with a passion for developing and applying innovative techniques to real-time seismic data to enhance volcano monitoring. Prior to joining MVO, he spent more than a decade studying and responding to volcanic eruptions in Ecuador, gaining extensive experience in operational volcano monitoring and eruption response.
