The seismic network recorded nine rockfalls, two volcano-tectonic (VT) events.
The average sulphur dioxide measurement was 667 tons per day, with a maximum of 1113 and a minimum of 380 tons per day.
There was a small lahar in the Belham valley on the afternoon of 22 May and moderate to large lahars in most valleys draining the volcano related to thunderstorms in the early hours of 27 May.
Despite the low level of activity, sporadic pyroclastic flows will continue to occur without any warning. The Hazard Level is 3. There is no access to the terrestrial Zone C and only daytime transit access to shipping through the maritime extension of the zone.
